I dunno. I just don't think 13 year-olds should even be on the internets. You shouldn't be allowed on the internets until you're at least 16. It would cut down on all the f'in loli-trolls.
Loli's are such scum and as a net society, we have to constantly watch after and babysit them.
...And they're not really good at anything until they hit puberty. LOL. Anyways, long story short, I don't like kids at all. They're a real burden on the internet until they can wise up and mature.
